Can i download virtual dj twice with one cd if i have the same cd key?

The End User License Agreement (EULA) allows you to have the software installed on up to two computers at any one time, providing that they are both for your own personal use and will not be used simultaneously (E.g: Second installation as a backup or for practising at home is OK, allowing a friend or another DJ to use it is NOT allowed.)
You may also uninstall the software from an old computer and then install it onto a new computer.
NOTE: If you intend to sell, give away or dispose of an old computer, you must remove VirtualDJ from it first.
You have already registered your serial number, so you can download the install file for the software again (If needed) from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

well for some reason i cant do just that because it is saying security contact virtual dj so i have sent a ticket as called and thare is no uk contact number for the softwear i just want it to work for the lad i dont use it i am trying to sort it out for him we got it from pc world and all this is driving me crazy plz help

You say you purchased "it" from PC World. Are you referring to the VDJ software or the hardware. If hardware do you mean laptop/PC or controller for the VDJ software?
