I have been dj'ing mostly house and techno, but recently have been wandering into the hip hop genre a bit more, and am considering adding timecode. I am running VDJ pro with Hercules RMX. I believe I can run decks thru the RMX and be able to use it as a mixer and soundcard, and am hoping this is accurate as I really don't want to purchase another sound card etc...I am also curious as to how this may or may not affect the features of VDJ, such as loops and what not. Any input is appreciated other than telling me to use Serato. Thanks in advance.

If you got Vdj Pro then no problem! just some new serato vinyl and hookup your turntables to the RMX ,make sure you press the source buttons on the Rmx so the software gets the code from the RECORDS and not its "internal timer" ..huh...select all the proper settings in the RMX control panel and in the configuration setup. no problem! I mean if you have allready upgraded to the VDJ PRO version. if not DO IT! its $150 but well worth it. Better control than the JOGS! man Im the first to tell u this ..you gotta escuse this Guys, there Off tripping about how to get better Video recordings and what not...
