It works just fine ... It will map to the SimpleMIDI mapper.
Did you follow the "IMPORTANT" instructions for the iTouchMIDI Win Installer ?
Here is the excerpt that you may have missed -
"Attention:
We will no longer provide a midi driver with iTouchMidi WIN, from now on you are able to route iTouchMidi input and output to any available midi port, either virtual or physical (yes, you can directly control hardware now !)
To use iTouchMidi with virtual ports, you need to instal a third party midi driver, here you links the ones we know so far (if you know some more pls let us know ;) MIDI Yoke: the classic and so far the most reliable, early testers reported much better latency using this driver ;)
iTouchMidi uses Bonjour network to avoid classic ip / port network configuration, Bonjour for Windows is usually installed with iTunes and it is not really critical for iTouchMidi operation as you can still use the ip / port connect
However we recommend you to take advantage of it, a new version (1.0.6) was recently released: Bonjour for Windows
Install instructions:
Run iTouchMidi WIN Installer
After install you will find a iTouchMidi shortcut on your desktop
Remember you need to install a third party midi driver to interface directly with your midi software
Setup with MIDI yoke:
After you install MIDI Yoke and iTouchMidi WIN, you need to select two different MIDI Yoke ports as iTouchMidi In and Out ports (this is done thru the iTM tray icon menu), after you need to set the ports in your daw or midi software in reverse order as you set them in iTouchMidi WIN (just like real hardware, you should connect the port you choose as iTouchMidi In port as the Output port of your daw and the port you choose as iTouchMidi Out as the Input port in your DAW or midi software."

There is no selectable mapper for the ITM - you just have to assign all the features you like to the MIDI signals with 'Simple MIDI'.

There is nothing to fix. You select 'Simple MIDI' from the Mappers section. Then click on Key learn and move a slider on your ITM. If VDJ now shows the received MIDI note you can assign an action to the fader.
If not - you made a mistake when you install the ITM Soft.

Is it possible to add more more skins to to this program? Also, if you know any other apps for Iphone that does the samething please let me know. (even if apps is available only through cydia) Thanks

I think skinning the ITM software is not implemented.
BTW, i asked the guys to implement SysExID to their next release. With this the support of the ITM Server could be done with a real definition file and mapper. (Maybe included as native setup in VDJ)

hi guys
Has anyone managed to get the iPhone itm midilab working with vdj on a mac? Apparently for windows you need this third party software called yoke. Ive searched the web for a mac alternative and most are saying i dont need one due to the macbook already having the midi setup. My iPhone midilab works with logic no problems at all. (dont even need to map it) but there is no option anymore in vdj for general midi. After trying to use simple midi wrapper and hitting the auto learn button nothing happens? its like general midi isnt supported. Please could someone with a mac look into this.
