Which version of VirtualDJ are you using? It is natively supported in the latest versions. However, the display screen in the middle will not function though (This does not support MIDI.)
Do you have the latest firmware installed from http://www.denondj.com ?
Which version of MacOS are you using? MacOS 10.5.7 had a major bug with MIDI that prevented output (LED's, etc.) from working. If you are running this version, please update to 10.5.8

I also have no Lights displayed Running Mac VDJ 6.0.8 Denon HD2500(with latest firmware) Mac OS 6.0.3. Everything Lights up and works with a PC but not MAC. So this seems like a software issue not anything to do with the Hardware as everything Lights up and works on PC. Mac's Jog has such a better responce then PC. Well I have had a ticket opened with VDJ now for over 1YR with no resolution........

With all due respect CSTOLL. It has been over 1yr since I have had a ticket opened with VDJ. Q to ask your DEV team is why does VDJ 6.08 work with the HD2500 Led's and all Windows 7. and MAC OSX does NOT. I am not a PC fan plus we purchased over 6 macs for the business.

Weill im having the same problem. Using VDJ 6 with my MBP and Denon 2500. None of the lights on the 2500 work. A friend of mine uses Version 5 of VDJ with MBP and his lights work fine. Not sure why in Version 6 they dont. Any suggestions or answers???

Works with PC but not MAC OSX! this is not a hardware issue this is a software issue. VDJ needs to get the DEV TEAM ON IT!. PC WORKS MAC Does Not!

No, it is an update for the DN-HD2500 only, which is a different controller.
Make sure that you have the latest firmware for the HC4500 installed from http://www.denondj.com and the latest VirtualDJ Pro from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
If you are running MacOS 10.5.7, update your operating system to the latest version.
