After I downloaded the latest version of Virtural Vinyl last week. Now I keep getting a the messsage tha says "Please enter the Serial Number provided with your product." I put the serial number that's located on the box but it's not working. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? I have a gig next week. I'm beginning to freak out!!!!!!!!!

Try use serial nr. that you see when you are logged in download center. Use copy - paste.

had this happen to a buddy. (same thing, he had the box s/n, wouldnt work after an update)
we tried and we tried.. finally it just worked.. (only thing we can think of is we were off by just one character)..
the copy-paste thing is a good idea, at least no spelling mistakes then ;-)
