I'm actually a fan of this design, but i know we removed one like it from the skin section for reasons i'm not sure of but it might have been requested by PCDJ/dj decks. The song waves look horrible to me, but i really like the song position waves verticle!
A similar layout can be made (as long as it didnt include copyrighted images) but there are things in this skin that could not be done due to limitations in vdj.

I make this skin, same one was doing the same, my skin is still under downoad section mede for 1024x768 resolution this dosen't look the same they have same pannel too http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/8804/PCDJ.html
