the SOUND INSURGENT
Go to config->mappers, select the keyboard from the dropdown at the top, then click the "new (+)" icon at the bottom, then choose a key for the action (you could hit the key first, because it defaults to "learn" mode), then enter the command crossfader_hamster. Just type in crossfader and the script will appear, read what it does and go from there.

I have a mapping for an Axiom25 midi keyboard if you would like to use for reference, I'm using a korg nano pad now though, its much better!

Have you tried 'crossfader' ? ;)

there's about 80 default shortcuts .......not much ?
