So i am running 64bit W7 now with vdj running and ns7 is this a 64bit better or is it better to drop down to a 32 bit or should i just drop 2500 on a mac because i am having problem with pitch on my ns7

Dont buy a mac. Ever. They are over hyped, and they are NOT better. I dont use the ns7 but 64 bit should be just as good as 32. I suggest asking in the PC help to figure out how to fix your specific question, but trust me, youll be happy you have win7

First of all, Dont use 64 bit. 32 is " More compatable. Its going to be harder to find drivers for 64 and you will out of luck. Mac laptops are excellent. I had a pc and it was good but the mac runs better.

ns7 is 64 bit compat but still have probs that might be the reason then.

I doubt that is the reason. BTW 64 bit is compatible with about 99% of things, and 64 bit is the way everything is going. Dont buy a mac, seriously, you are wasting your money

If mac's are no good, then all the major movie producers, Video editors, Photographers, Music producers, best dj around world, fashion designers etc wasted their money because of the big hype.

Buying a Mac just to run Virtual DJ doesn't offer any added value, but as for general usability, stability and soft- and hardware quality, Mac pretty much wipes the floor with Windows-PC's.

Because its a fad. Anything you can do on a mac, u can do equally, or better on a PC.
In short though, nothing interms of VDJ is different though, except you can get protected WMA on a mac

Oh wow. Man, you like totally got me. You have more insight than freakin' Dr. Phil, man. I can sooo tell you've got extensive experience using Macs.
I've done programming, graphics, video & audio production on Mac OS X, Windows and sometimes Linux over the years both professionally and as a hobby. My employer buys my hardware, so cost is not an issue when choosing the tools. Guess what I'm using? I'll give you a tip, it's rhymes with Blackbook Pro.
But hey, you like totally outed me. Hardcore pros like me don't give a rats ass about quality, reliability, usability and all that crap. I got MBP just because I wanna be the cool kid on the block, ya dig? Every time I sit on a corporate meeting surrounded by all those Lenovo Thinkpads, I'm secretly dying inside. I wish I could enjoy the rough beauty of those boxy plastic chassis and bask in the superiority of its stable, lightweight and virus-free operating system.
Seriously, get real and get a life. If you prefer something else than Mac that's fine....but saying that other people are buying them just because of a fad is just plain dumb. There's a reason why Apple gets the best customer satisfaction ratings year after a year.
