You need a sound card with 4ins - 4 outs to use timecodes. (Can use Hercules DJTrim, Echo AudioFire 4, NI Audio 4 or 8, U46DJ, Maya 44 USB, Motu Ultralite MK3, etc)

Connections are:

TTs outputs to Soundcard inputs.

Soundcard outputs to mixer line inputs

Mixer outputs to Amp or Speakers.

That's it

To setup timecodes:

There is more information available for current pro users, You can be one purchasing VDJ Pro on this site:

https://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

You will have your personal and nontransferable serial number and will never lost cause it would be registered in here for lifetime.
After you complete your purchase, you will be able to download all samples, effects and skins on here and also view information that is exclusive to VDJ Pro users. And also could get free updates and all available support.

i also had another question that maybe you can help me out with...
i have a audio technica at2035 and im using the tascam 1641. how do i hook it up to my computer:S?

If you give me an URL that I can see what are AudioTechnica and Tascam you have, then I could let you know. However, you can go to those brands website and find in there how to hook up their products with a computer.
