Hello everyone,
Been playing around with videos lately and got to the point were comfortable enough to start using/mixing some at my friday club show. But have came to a query.
Setup will be
Dell Latitude 110L (modifed)
VDJ 6.07
Rmx
and a pc tv convertor
Now what would be the best way to allow the video window to be on two different screens and yet keep the main vdj window that I would see on laptop from being visible on the other screens
Thanks
Dj Ares

First of all, practice setting up your PC to TV converter at home with one of your own TV's long before you ever try to go live in the club.
Prior to booting your computer, connect the PC to TV converter to your computer and turn on the PC to TV converter. Boot your computer. Go into display properties/personalization settings and you should have three options for monitor configurations. 1) use just computer monitor 2) Clone computer monitor onto second monitor (not what you want) and 3) configure external monitor independently of computer monitor (that's the one you want to check).
Now, when you open VDJ, go to your settings/options tab, click on the video tab and "check" the box in front of video that says "activate." Make sure you have your video card selected in teh drop down bow and not the word "window." Now, you should be outputting just video (and not your VDJ skin with decks and browser) to your external monitors.
Again, I highly recommend getting everythign working at home first, then go into the club early (if possible) and take your time connecting everythign up to allow some additional tiime to troubleshoot if necessary. I play in a club and output video to a projector and a half dozen flatscreens and had to add a vdeo signal amplifier to split the video signal across all of the flat panels.
