When I have a play list on Automix video it skips right at the cue break and is silent till the stat of the next song. Nothing playing till the next song is a few seconds in.

Can you provide some additional information about your settings?
What is your mix length set at? 1 sec? 2 sec's? 4 sec's? 8 sec's?
What automix "type" (smart, fade, nothing, etc) are you using?
What do your cross fader "slopes" look like?

This sounds like the old bug with automix, I think it was related to pitch. This has been fixed in newer versions of the program, don't remember which version it was first fixed in.
There is another issue that can happen with automix is where the second song doesn't fully load and there is silence until the song loads up to the cue point.
