Hi everyone,
I'm on MAC OSX (snow leopard latest version, forget number)
I've a problem of config on VDJ (latest version) wich was never really corrected

In a two decks configuration in USB, I always have a deck, often the right one, with the text "pc link connected" and nothing else happend on the screen.
I can control VDJ but nothing on the screen.

The s1200 seems to be easy configurable.... but in real....
On VDj it works 4-5 months with a crazy aggregate device ( one with 1 denon the second with the both and it works or something likle that.... I need 2 months to find it on youtube...) and now it don't works... What should I do ?
Your tutorial are on the leopard systeme and aggregat devices where changed in snow leopard OS... and wahtever, with juste 1 aggregate, it don't works...
Forums member try to help me... no one fnd the right answer on the french forum (thanks to them btw)

Please, need use my configuration as well as possible... I'm going crazy

ps : denon driver in the Dn-s are ok, and i have latest version of VDJ (6.0.7 i thin, i'm in office right now) and sorry for my english

Hello,

Try this: Go to Audio/Midi and select your actual Aggregate Device for Denon 1200. If you don't have one, create "Denon s1200 Aggregate". Then in aggregate device soundcard selection, select BOTH Denon 1200 soundcards found in there. Now chose Quadraphonic USE for this aggregate device, save and exit.

Now in VirtualDJ go to Config -- Sound Card --- and in the selected Audio device choose "4Outs soundcard" and select "Denon 1200 Aggregate"

In this way you will get working both s1200 soundcards. About the display, check that both are set correctly, now I could not remember if it has to be in both decks the same input and midi channel or has to be different. Please try the contrary as you have. If you have each deck with different channels, then try with the same in both. (Sorry don't be sure now, but this could help you now)

This may happen if you have changed the MIDI channel of the device. Is the MIDI channel on the device still the default of channel 1?

If not, change it back to channel 1.



** All controllers should be left in their default settings, even if you have more than 1 unit of the same type. VirtualDJ handles the multiple same units behind the scenes.

i need to put the left on with midi channel set & unit no set = 1 and the right one = 2.

if we stay in default settings, both are in midi ch set and unit n° set =1 so it don't works...
