I have never had this issue before. I have been using v6 for a month or so now, and everything was fine. I have some medical problems, so I don't get to jump on my decks as much as I would like, and when I DO get the chance, the last thing I want to do is fiddle with settings and drivers.
I *think* my problem may be because I plugged my SL1 box into a new USB slot, but I am not sure - like I said, I had never had this problem prior to tonight. I was also having some difficulties with my Serato vinyl as well, but I flipped them to side A and it seems to work okay now.
My problem is this. When playing video files (doesnt matter if its mp4, avi, or mpg) it will load to the deck fine, start and cue fine, scratch and spin, pitch and everything works just dandy..... until about a minute or so of continuous playing, then it gets that -50% pitch with the keylock on type sound and everything grinds down. The program itself is still as responsive as ever, its just the playback of whatever is playing.
I also found that if I change the timecode options while it is doing this (even if its just to change it to exactly what it already is) it jumps back to full speed again, but only for about 20 seconds, if that.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?

Ive noticed something similar when playing live....although beat match etc are turned off it sounds as though the audio is slowed

Oh no this is much much worse. This is like I said, going to -50% speed. I don't know what the problem could be, it was fine until a few days ago.
