I'm not going to lie either ;-)
"Tech Support" from your fellow VDJ users seems to be a lot faster and forthcoming between registered users. (IE: some registered users only help other registered users)
the "Teamers" (the 'official' tech support guys) will help anyone.. but theirs only so many of them..

I wouldn't go so far as to say that...I made a post in this very forum on May 13 and up to today have had 60 views and not 1 reply. I got a faster reply sending in a ticket to Support.
The OP should send a ticket to Support for "official" help.

Skipping, stuttering, etc. is usually caused by performace issues with your computer. If this occurs after a few hours then it might be an overheating issue, e.g: Failed cooling fan, blocked cooling vents, or inadequate ventilation (A DJ laptop stand will help.)
If you are using an illegal version then this will not help either. If this is the case, please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
