I have just bought a Hercules deejay trim sound card, Serato's box was unreasonably expensive, and got serato timecode vinyls. I have yet to make anything work... I cant get a 100% timecode signal...only about 1-5%. Can anybody help!!?! I have tried everything to get the signal to 100%. I did buy numark's virtual vinyl hoping that would fix the problem, but they will not be here for another week. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!

Did you follow the recommendation of the user manual regarding the configuration of the timecode (page 10 to 12)

I have followed instructions from Virtual DJ and Hercules completely! I also did all software updates. I have yet to receive the virtual vinyl...I am hoping that will do the trick.

OK I screwed up! The computer I was using was not powerful enough to process the timecode signal. Using a computer that DOES NOT meet the requirements to run VD will cause many and endless problems...

One question: How did you do the software updates without entering your VDJ serial number in your profile ?

I didnt need any updates for VD only for the hercules deejay trim. I bought VD and the hercules sound card seperately.

Then it's very easy. If you don't make updates - then you must live with the bugs.
