Topic: Denon DN-S1200 MIDI Support on VDJ 6.0.8

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

I want to connect my friends denon 1200 to my VDJ 6.0.8.
Now I need to DOWNLOAD any mapper from the download section ? or the best option is to use the DEFAULT DN-S1200 mapping options from the VDJ drop-down menu on Mappers tab ?

I did download this file:
http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/6717/DN-S1200_MIDI_Mapper.html

But it only downloaded Virtual DJ Mac Ver V6 & DN-S1200 Mapper.pkg.zip file.
Where is the PC version?

Maybe I dont need any mapper to download?

Sorry, mappers and other add-ons are only available to registered users who have purchased the software.

From your description above, it sounds like you have downloaded an illegal pirate version of the software.

A mapper for the DN-S1200 is not necessary because support is already built into the latest VirtualDJ as standard (Native support.)

Please use the latest v6.1 trial http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html and if you like the software, please support it and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

You will be able to download both the latest PC and Mac versions once you have purchased and registered your legitimate VirtualDJ license.

NOTE: Illegal versions may not work correctly and may contain bugs due to illegal modifications made to the software by the hackers who created the cracked version. They are also usually out-of-date versions of the software and may also contain viruses, spyware and other malicious software.

well, I'm using LEGAL version.
My friend bought VDJ and i'm using his laptop for mixing.
I told him to look for Denon mapper and he did download the denon mapper from the mapper page (http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/controllers.html).
I gave him the link and he downloaded the mac version of the mapper (i dunno why)

I'll try to use the denon with the default program properties

Well you have given him a link to an illegal version.

As above, no mapper is required for the Denon DN-S1200 - If it doesn't work, you may need to update the drivers and firmware as advised above.

Please tell him to update to the latest v6.1 version via our website: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Also, if he has it installed on more than one computer and you are using one of them, then that is a violation of the End User License Agreement: http://www.virtualdj.com/atomixproductions/disclaimer.html

The End User License Agreement allows installation on two computers for his own personal use only.
