Hey.
I've noticed a massive decline in the actual volume coming from VDJ. Whether it be connected to my RMX and Kam DDX880 vinyls or just playing about with it through my laptop's sound card, the VDJ overall volume is so much quieter than the output coming from iTunes or Firefox or any other form of sound playing through my laptop speaker.
Any ideas?
thanks
G

Have you checked the volume level of the RMX soundcard using the windows mixer? Double click on the speaker on the taskbar and make sure the volume level hasn't been adjusted down.

also be sure that you don't have "automatic gain" checked in options this will adjust the gain of all the music played in vdj... don't sure it's available inthe limited edition or enabled by default, this helps having all music at the same volume level ...

Be Sure To Scan All Song That Have Not Been Played Before Your Set Or When You Have Some Down Time Scan All Your New Music.

you say time scan all mp3's before doing a job. Is that the same as scanning BPM, I am trying to get my volume levels even between songs, I have auto-gain and remember on...... thanks
