Topic: Extract audio files from video

Does anyone know of a program that will create audio only files from video files? EG extract just the audio from the video and save as mp3. I'd prefer a program that could process whole directories if possible

i recently discovered the youtube downloader will...only thing is you cant change the name or your library wont find it on the back side.
