Hey everyone, it seems to be that time of year again and indeed we have free passes to give out! I will give these out on a first come first serve basis. Post here if you want them. I have 0 full expo passes and fourteen (14) exhibits only passes here. I'm going to limit these to two (2) per person. The show dates are the 16th - 19th of August. First to post gets first dibs. We'll get details from you and send the passes later this week.

Atomix will be there with our biggest booth ever! We will be very hard to miss as our booth is right in the doorway when you walk on to the show floor! Larryd and kayjay will be on stage preforming and our team will be on hand to talk shop. Djtimes is celebrating 25 years of DJExpo this is not a show to miss.

Here are the winners so far. Those of you on the above list if you have not done so already pm me your address so I can send you the passes. Remember the show is 10 days out so don't delay! Also we still have 16 exhibits passes to give out.

8/4
I sent the first batch out today you should see them by Saturday. Again if you are a listed winner I need you to pm me your contact info, so I can send the passes out. If you see sent after you name that means I've already sent the passes to you in the mail. If not I'm still waiting for you. Those listed winners that don't get me their info by Friday 8/6, I will give them to someone else the show is almost here and it takes 2 days to mail so please send me your contact info.

Update 8/9

I sent more passes out today (relax chuck) I still have about 10 exhibits only left again if you are on the list and haven't pm'd me you contact info do so the last day i will send passes out is tomorrow.

you have to find your own way there but we will get you in from there..

Where is this being held at? Never been to one, always wanted to. Plus meet KayJay that's just an added bouns, lol! Might go is its remotely close.

I'm very interested but, how did you guys can go there (Airplane to Philadelphia, then rent a car ?) ... it's the cheapest way I fond for now .... It's like 400$ for the flight and 150$ for the car ... 500$ for staying there .... But I save 250$ !!!

I'll Take 2 full passes if any are left.. I really aprreciated them last year, along with the free T shirt. IF 2 full are gone, the exhibits will do. Thanks guys.
 
I would avoid Newark, the GS Pkwy is a nightmare when the road rulers block the left lane.
Philly would be the best option and I think there is a train if I'm not mistaken.
Don't need that car once you get to AC, it just sits there collecting parking fees.
 
I could use 2 passes and yes you can catch a train from Philly down. If anyone is in the Reading all the way down through Philly needs a lift let me know. It's always better when you have someone to talk to. Dave

If you need anyone to help with the booth let me know. I use most features and then some..
 
When I went last year I flew Airtran directly into Atlantic City. I flew out of New Orleans and changed planes in Atlanta. I took a cab from the airport. If I went again I would stay at Harrahs. I stayed at the host hotel and my room never got COLD. :(
 
I'm not going this year but my 50th Birthday & 27th wedding anniversary is NEXT YEAR, can I put in a request for NEXT YEAR NOW!! No Matter what it will happen NEXT YEAR for me!! : ) and the wife of course!
 
I have full passes but not sure I'll have the extra $$ for the trip and stay out there...

whats up dj rude dogg you did a great job on the west coast show representing vdj. ived been counting request looks like i might be in
the running for the ticket depending if dj cyder can sacarafice 1 or 2 ticket for me and partner dj madmixer if so would like to meet some our vdj community dj .. ill be nice since i already live in new jersey
