Hi, I'm fairly new to virtual dj and have just purchased the KAM KCM350 MkII mixer for use with virtual dj...I also purchase the Numark StereoIO analog to digital interface...
KAM KCM350 MkII http://www.chemical-records.co.uk/sc/servlet/Info?ref=gbase&Track=KCM350MKII
Numark StereoIO http://www.djstore.com/item/numstereoio.htm?affid=froogle
I'm having trouble setting up the mixer so it works with virtual dj. I also kep getting the "Asio driver error: not enough channels" message when i change the soundcard option in virtual dj. I plug one rca from the StereoIO input to channel 1 on the mixer and one rca from the StereoIO to channel 2 on the mixer. Still not working.
Any help please???? would be much appreciated...
Thanks

If I'm reading it right your soundcard is for 1 channel only. You need a better soundcard, even in the description it tells you that............send it back get a refund and buy a different one. Also you should register your software so you get access to all of VDJ GOODIES!!

Ok thanks, thought that might be the case.
Is the Numark DJIO a suitable one
(http://www.amazon.co.uk/Numark-DJ-Audio-Interface-Software/dp/B000S5Q2EK) ?
or the ESI Maya 44
(http://www.dv247.com/computer-hardware/esi-maya-44-usb-24-bit-96-192khz-4x4-usb-audio-interface--19515) ?
Thanks for the feedback

If you have only one channel output on your external card you can use that and your ear jack output on the lappy to give you two channels until you are sorted with a bigger card. just go into config > sound set up and select headphones then in sound cards select your external and internal cards.
Any probs just give me a shout.
