I have an hercules controller but it didn't come with a vinyl disc and i don't know if there's any other disc that i can use to control my virtual dj using the 4 in and 4 out sound card.

Hercules DJ Console Edition does not come with timecode CD's - It comes with a free limited DJ Console Edition that can be used with the DJ Console Only. The DJ Console Edition does not support timecode, any other controllers or stand-alone use.
If you wish to use timecode CD or vinyl, then you will need to upgrade to VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - If you enter your DJ Console Edition serial number in the box provided, you will receive a discount.
Timecode CD's can be created yourself using the file that can be downloaded from http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/cd.html
