I do have some video, on my iPhone...just need to work out how to get them on YouTube....
The image is back projected onto the screen, and no, it's not a touchscreen, all control of VDJ is undertaken by the use of the embedded MIDI controller (a Hercules DJ Steel in this case - it's had the steel case removed and a brushed steel effect covering applied to the inner plastic case face).
It's constructed of 8mm cast "crystal" acrylic and is made in 4 parts that can be taken apart (for storage and transportation) in about 5 mins.
At the moment I'm borrowing a projector (InFocus LP500), but the throw ratio is a bit high, so I am looking at getting a BenQ MP515ST which will keep the projector out of harms way.

It's not me in the video, it's my DJ'ing partner in crime...Darren and yeah I know the sounds rubbish, but everytime I upload a video to YouTube that contains any form of music, they slap me, so I didn't hook the laptop up to any audio equipment...it's just the laptops speakers you can hear.
