I already learn how to set up my mixer to my laptop.
Here is my problem.

I want to use VDJ with my mixer and My cdj. I heard of timecode. But still dont understand how to do this. I seen how they did with VINYL
But i want to use CDJ.

Il tell what i know.

I need to find asio hardware right, (but witch one?) under 100$ please

I need sound card for my mixer to my latop.

Cheers

Search ebay for Maya-44 USB or an American audio Versaport.
a lot of people here swear by the MAYA-44 I've used both of these budget cards and I like the Versaport better.

1) You basically connect one of these interfaces to your computer via USB
2) You run the RCAs coming from your CDJs to the inputs of the audio interface.
3) Then you run another pair of RCAs going from the output of the audio interface to the line inputs of your mixer.

so basically your audio interface sits between your CDJs and your mixer.

Download the VDJ timecode signal from the website and burn it onto CDs

Once you have this connected open up VDJ and go to sound cofig

Inputs: Timecodes
Outputs: External Mixer
Sound card: Asio driver of your interface

If you are willing to spend $100 on your interface I would also strongly suggest going back on ebay and buying Numark Cue (Same as Virtual DJ) for another $100 that way you can be all legal and support the community =) Once you buy it, register the serial number on the numark forum.

So if he has this set up, he can keep the burned time coded CD in his CDJ all of the time and it will respond to whatever song he chooses to put on the respective VDJ deck on his computer screen?

Yes.
