Yes, use an RCA jack with a headphone in. So you can go from laptop to stereo amp.

PC headphone output>RCA>AMP>Speakers. That is if you just want to keep it simple?
I would recommend a PC>MIDI >Mixer>EQ>AMP>Speakers, or PC>MIDI>EQ>Powered Speakers. It all depends on your application? Good Luck.
