I don't see anywhere on the site to purchase this. Where can I buy it online?

OK, thanks. I have a party on the 30th and need it for then. My trial will just be up by then and I would realy like to use this awesome software.
I am using only my laptop to the mixer for sound, no midi controllers, no video, etc. It still has all the mixing, blending, sync features of the demo? Will the home edition be fine for me?

The Home Edition will give you simple sound output and is very basic.
If you want external mixer support with multi channel sound and monitoring capability in stereo, you want to consider the Basic version.
The Basic version is probably more of the semi pro version you want to consider when not using controllers but wanting monitor channels for mixing.

OK, thanks. By "basic sound," I presume there is no sound degredation and the signal is still stereo in the Home Edition? This is a step beyond me using only iTunes with >mixer>crossover>amp>2 powered mains and a sub. House parties and tinkering will be the extent of my usage.
I'll read more about the Basic Version too - thanks for your help

Well the Home Edition is kind of targeting bedroom dj's, there won't be a difference in sound quality at all, but more of features that even in a limited capacity would be a bit more desirable as you begin to mix your tracks and want to hear the monitor channel.
If you want stereo output you want to consider Basic.

Output will be mono with the the Home Version?
Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn't the output from the headphones jack on my pc be stereo signal with the Home Edition since the original digital signal is stereo? Or is it mushed into mono within VDJ?

Thats not what I meant.
Both will output stereo on the main output channel.
However, if you want a monitor channel for cueing, you must re configure the single output into two mono channels, one for the audience, one for you to cue with in the Home Edition.
Basic when connected to a stereo multi channel (1/2 3/4) sound card enables 1/2 as the mains and 3/4 as the monitor.

Awesome! It will work exactly how I need it to (for now) . I can upgrade to Basic or Pro down the road right? I am ready to buy it as soon as I can - let me know when the link is fixed.
Thanks again for all the help. I am already happy with the product and service and I don't own it yet.
