Topic: VDJ7 and RMX problem

When i upgraded to VDJ7 last Tuesday my computer freezes all the time.

I tried to reinstall the drivers and VDJ7 several times, but no good.

Using VDJ7, Windows7, Hercules Console DJ RMX (completely removed NOD32).

I will test my RMX tonight and see if I have similar issues.

Couple of questions:
1 - Did it crash with mp3 or video or karaoke
2 - What version of windows are you running
3 - Did you verify all your settings are correct? When I upgraded to 7, I noticed I had to reconfigure all of my settings for my NS7. Will be working the RMX tonight. I will get back with you.
 
I just installed VDJ7 on Windows 7, got the latest drivers from Hercules and everything seems to work just fine.

Of course this is my first time installing both of these on my new system.

Are you using the latest drivers from Hercules?
 
I'm having a similar issue. Upgraded to VDJ7 and started mapping my RMX to switch between the 4 decks rmx seemd to hang.

Now when i plug in the USB windows tells me it doesn't recognise the device. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the hecules dj contol but to no avail.

Somebody help!
 
I just Purchased a new hp laptop and installed pro7 on it It keeps freezing up. Can you all help me on this. I only do music on it and i upgraded to this from my older software and had no problems.. Thanx for all your help... DjTwit
 
Not that this helps at all with your problems, but I have windows Vista 64, vdj7 and Hercules Rmx. Haven't had problems
