Before Virtual Dj And Hercules Rmx I used to useCDJ 500's & DJM. On the effects of the mixer was Echo and when you pressed pause on the Cdplayer then echo would carry onAfter the pause had been pressed. This was brilliant for mixing various tracks can we get an effect like that, or is one already out there that I've missed.

As told in another topic, as for now you can use my EchoDoppler effect to do that. Just put the Dry/Wet slider in the middle in order to "sample", then move it to the maximum to let the track fade out.
