Hi,
My VDJ hercules RMX limited version laggs since ive changed my computer, the problem is that my computer now is supposed to be loads better than the old one. Why and can I fix it ?
Old comp:
win vista
1.5ghz
2GB Ram
256 graphics card
New comp:
win 7
intel core i3 2.13 Ghz
4GB Ram
ATI HD 5470 512MB
And an other thing is since I have this new comuter when I open vdj it only takes the middle part of the screen can I change the resolusion on my limited version of vdj ?

A Ferrari is a fast car, but when it's stuck in traffic, speed is irrelevant...
Take a look at this document to help you optimize your system:
http://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00364.pdf
Once this is done, In the DJ Control Panel, switch to ASIO audio mode, and in the ASIO tab.
You'll see that the ASIO BUFFER SIZE is set to 480 (10 ms). Raise or lower it (one step at a time) then try VDJ, and be aware if the problem improve or gets worst. Repeat until you find the correct setting for your computer.
As for the size, VDJ should detect the resolution of your screen and load the appropriate skin size. You may want to check the resolution of your screen to be sure your a using a proper size.

I had the same problem when I tried it myself yesterday and changed the ASIO buffer size down to the lowest setting and it's pretty good now. No drop outs. Every once in a while I still get a little static. In the Home Version 7 which it only lets you run for 10 minutes at a time it sounds perfect. Will probably upgrade to pro shortly.
