Topic: how to make single TT control active deck?

i have a single turntable setup. when i load a new track into a deck i want the turntanle to control the new deck automatically with out having to toggle the timecode button. it used to do it this for me automatically in vdj6. any one know how to make this work?

wouldnt that be the auto cue option setting?
 
i believe the auto cue is so that vdj goes to the first cue when the track is loaded.

this is what i have set up

the two ALT tabs (one on each side of the space bar) on my keyboard represent the 2 decks im using.

i have set it up so that when i hit that key i select a specific deck, this allows me to back and forth between decks, the following is how i configured my keyboard mapper....

this is a solution but i really liked how it worked before in vdj 6.. how it automatically set the new track as the active time code. it shouldnt be too hard to change some kind of setting to do this, right???
 
You can change the mapping of the TAB key (Used to toggle between the decks) to the following:

deck active select & get hastimecode ? timecode_active : nothing
 
I'm Curious to read the response's. I just hooked up a timecode using(serato v.2 vinyl) to my RMX today and after I set the timecode config I didn't have to remap anything the timecode took over from their but, I did notice that I have no control of the left deck even if I press the source button. So i guess i'm going to have to remap the source button so I can have the control of the left deck again. but I need to get a better TT now after playing around with
