Is there a variable that allows an LED on a MIDI controller to blink in sync with CBG?

Sure, find the LED you want to blink with sync, at the mapper section, and assign to it, the action sync
But to be precise, the led will blink like the sync not necessery with every cbg. If you need to blink to every cbg i am afraid there is no way to do this.
