How much does it cost to upgrade to Virtual DJ Pro Full version from the LE version that comes with the Numark Mixtrack Pro??

I haven't bought the Mixtrack Pro yet, but am considering it along with the normal Mixtrack (without soundcard) that comes with Traktor LE instead, but wanted to see what the difference in cost would be between upgrading to VDJ Pro Full from the LE version as opposed to buying it outright which I would have to do if i got the normal Mixtrack

First off, add the serial number of your LE sftware to your profile here (http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html) - you will need to scroll down a bit.

Then visit the buy page (http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html), then again by scrolling down, enter your serial number in the LE software in the box, and press Continue.

The cost to upgrade varies depending on what controller you are upgrading from so it's best to follow this route rather than ask on the forum.

I dont have my controller yet hence no serial number, thats why I'm asking so I know how much I can expect to pay

I am deciding between 2 different controllers:

*Numark Mixtrack Pro - comes with VDJ LE
*Numark Mixtrack - comes with Traktor LE

I want to know how much it costs to upgrade to VDJ Pro Full from the LE version that comes with the Mixtrack Pro - if there is a significant discount I may get this controller instead of the one that doesnt come with VDJ LE where I would have to pay the full price for the VDJ Pro Full version

Well if you are not intending to use Traktor, then it's an obvious choice really... ;-)

If it helps at all my upgrade to Pro from my LE that came with the RMX was $149.

I have researched the Hercules RMX & Steel units and I am quite sure that the special $149 discount price to upgrade to VDJ Pro Full from the special LE version provided with these units applies only to the Hercules RMX & Steel units specifically

I have read for certain other units (I forget which) that you can upgrade from the VDJ LE provided to VDJ Pro Full for $199 - I wanted to confirm if this is the case with the Numark Mixtrack Pro, or otherwise what is the cost?
 
We do not publish the upgrade price structures because they can vary based on the OEM provider of LE.
If you want to know the upgrade pricing the of a specific OEM LE product, you need to submit a Help Ticket and we can assist you there.

thanks, i have now received a response to this question with an earlier ticket i submitted

i will say that i am very happy with the discount provided for this model if it helps anyone in the market considering purchasing a Mixtrack Pro
 
my only concerne is that vdjpro does not work like vdj LE that comes with VMS4 this is beause of posts made in this forum. and that is the only thing that is making me think twice about upgrading to pro.

This may based on incomplete or outdated informations and it is definitely not true.
Virtualdj pro is the flagship full version and of course it will run the same if not better with your controller plus it will give you much more options. Just be sure to use the latest version when you upgrade.
 
OK I JUST PURCHASED THE RMX2 WHICH CAME WITH VDJ LE VERSION I NEED TO UPGRADE TO PRO, FROM THE POST OF OTHERS THEY'RE UPGRADE PRICE WAS 149.00 WITH THE OLDER RMX WHYIS IT TELLING ME FULL PRICE $ 299 TO UPGRADE?
 
first, please try to avoid to write in capital letter because this means shouting...;-)
did you try the "buy + upgrade" link to figure out the price...?
