Hi Guys/Girls,
I purchased a Numark MixTrack Pro two days ago, and I was hugely disappointed with the overall quality of the product. It felt really flimsy and lightweight. There is also an issue with the jog wheels, where they seem to grind a little, and don't move freely. I also could not get on with Virtual DJ LE.
I went back to the retailer where I purchased the unit from and explained why I did not like the product.
They said they are unable to give me a refund straight away because they need to find out whether the copy of Virtual DJ LE can be de-licenced.
Is this possible? Is there any way I can de-licence the software??
Thanks in advance.

When i see right, you didn't register your Virtual DJ LE under your Account.
So how you like to de-licence this software?
Uninstall the software from your PC and tell the guy this licence is not registred here.
So the next purchaser is able to register the product.
BTW: If you once register your licence under your account, you can't de-licence it.

Thank you for the swift reply.
I haven't registered it with this account, the only time I entered the licence key was when I installed the software.
Does this mean the product is still unregistered?
Thank you

It will only be registered if you registered it to a VirtualDJ account on our website. This doesn't appear to be the case for your current login (You are an unlicensed user.)
To be absolutely sure and for confirmation, please contact support http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html and tell us the serial number and we will check it for you (NOTE: DO NOT post it in the forums.)

Thank you Support Staff for your reply,
So does this mean that when I return the product to the retailer, they can sell it to someone else (as open box) and they will be able to use the VDJ with the original license key?
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to know where I stand.
Thank you

Yes, if it has not been registered yet to a VirtualDJ account, then the shop will be able to sell it to somebody else and the new owner will be able to register with us.
Please contact support with details of the serial number to check: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html
