Looks like you output from your laptop with a TRS 3.5 mm like your headphone out or Expresscard out. Then you are L & R into your mixer. Your drawing appears to show a stereo connection from your laptop to the mixer.
There is an extra set of wires also going into your mixer. I can't see the full picture of your cables. But yes looks like stereo plus something else.

bassicly the 3.5 is conncted to the red & white rca in the picture then one of the rca conects to the red and the white side and there is two wires on the other end that has been connted to the red and white rca .then the other two wires connect to the mixxer channel one and channel to but then i have to set the sound card up on virtual dj to spittler
