I have just purchased a new licence for a computer DJ system, after installation we discovered that the computers graphics card was broken, due to an upcoming job we promptly purchased a new laptop and have tried to install Virtual DJ 7 onto this, it successfully installs/installed however whenever we try to launch it we receive a protection error 2 rendering it useless.
How can this be fixed? Are we supposed to somehow deactivate the software on the other machine (Which is no longer in any use whatsoever)? Will deactivating the software on the original machine fix this issue?
We have reinstalled the software on the new machine to no avail if that is of any relevance. There is NO anti-virus installed on this machine so there is no interference, also it does have internet access available, there is no malware of any sort involved as it was formatted about two hours ago.
