I am looking to make a fader fade to black the video like it could on the Rmx. I'm using the VMS4 and i tried fake_level command with the option to fade to black in video options, but that dosent work.

There is no action to fade to black the video deck. And unfortunately it doesnt work if you link with the fake_volumes. It will be forwarded to the Dev Team for next updates.

Srry, i just noticed you already discussed this on the VMS4 thread. A few software tweaks and i would much rather use my timecode's with the VMS4 than use the NS7. I am really liking this board. One more question, if i get the Innofader, will it still be midi assignable? So it still links to the video fader?

I really dont know. This is something that only AA can answer. Search tha AA VMS4 forum. There might be an answer there.
