Im uninstalling programs, but which ones do I keep. I have looked up most of them but I still dont know if i can delete some. Should I uninstall:

don't uninstall the MS items
although it does free up some space deleting programs , it's more helpful to turn off background processes
that interfere with streaming media
never EVER turn off the subnucleotide lapdancerator .....
