Hello, New here.
I have bought an Ion iCue (that basic total control ) b-stock.
it came in the original box, wrapping, packaging etc etc.
it also came with a full copy of numark cue Le in the box with the original cd wallet that's got the cd key stuck on the back as a sticker.
however i have just tried to register it here under my profile and it says it's already registered?
probably the previous owner has registered it.
is there any way for this to be resolved or will I need a new key?

Sorry, you cannot register a serial number that has already been registered by another user. VirtualDJ licenses cannot be sold, given or transferred to another user. Doing so is a violation of the End User License Agreement: http://www.virtualdj.com/atomixproductions/disclaimer.html
If you purchased the console second hand, only the original owner who registered the license is entitled to software downloads, any updates and free add-ons such as skins, effects, etc.
If you need to update to a newer version and/or wish to be able to download add-ons such as skins and effects, you will need to purchase your own license for VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
However, providing that the previous owner has not already used the upgrade, you may still be able to upgrade to Pro at a discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and entering the serial number in the box provided.
