Hey guys I tried searching google and this forum but can't seem to find a direct answer. I was wondering, I download my samples from a website and they are saved as .mp3 files and was wondering if I am able to import those into VDJ as samples.... so I can use them as a hot key whenever I would like them to play? Cause I see that the samples and effects from VDJ are already in .vdj but don't know if .mp3 files will operate in .vdj sample files. Do I make sense?
Any support would be appreciated :)

not with the limited edition you cant, normally you would go to the samples tad, hit the little round icon in the top right of the sample box and hit load. goto the containing folder and click ok. hten your sample would be saved in the sample bank for use wheever you wanted.
however with the limited edition you would need to store them in a folder in your list pane and play them with one of your decks.
hope this helps

Not sure about the limitations of LE, but any MP3 can be played as a sample in VDJ Pro.
The .vdj samples are just MP3's, if you change the extension to .mp3 then media player will play them.

so you're saying if i had the premium edition VDJ I would just drop it in the samples folder and add it to my samples if they were mp3?
