OK, so I recently switched to a Mac Book Pro. On my old PC, my set up was as follows:
Toshiba Laptop Running Virtual DJ v3.4 and v5
Sound Blaster Express Card Sound Card (one of those "surround sound" Cards)
I was able to have it set up so that the Left Deck went to the Front Output, Right Deck to the Rear Output, and my cue headphones to the internal sound card. This gave me the option to cue through the computer headphone jack for the jobs where I am controlling everything from the computer and also allowed me to control everything from my board with my control unit and cue through the mixer for those jobs where I'm "actually" DJing.
Unfortunately, I cannot use that sound card on my new Mac. So I bought the Numark DJ IO hoping for the solution, but when I try that set-up in Advanced Options, I get an error. Any suggestions? The DJ IO has two outputs, which I can assign one to the Left Deck and one to the Right Deck. But I can't seem to get it to use the internal sound card for headphones. I am running VDJ v7.
Any thoughts? The DJ IO was the only card that I thought would do what I need to within the price range I could spend right now. Thanks!

The latest driver are installed?
If not, do this ;-)

Normaly you didn't need the Advanced Config.
Choose:
Inputs : None
Outputs : Headphone
Soundcard : 4-out and selecet beside the DJ IO
Then it should work.
