I posted this on the Denon forum too, but just in case it's a VDJ settings, I am posting it here too.
Have a gig Thurs. 1/20 so I need this resolved urgently if at all possible.
The set up:
Macbook pro running Virtual DJ 7 - S3700 (aggregated) - using 2 sound card setting and external mixer on VDJ
2 Denon DNS3700 (lastest firmware version 2020)
(MIDI Channel 1 Unit 1)Left Deck (MIDI Channel 1 Unit 2) Right deck
The problem:
I was practicing last night without a problem. both decks functioning as they should. Shut it down after an hour or two. Turned them on this morning, without touching any settings, for some reason both decks are acting as one deck. Meaning on the display, they both say 001, or when I press eject button in MIDI mode, both will say 002. Both deck will play at the same time the same song and control the same deck on VDJ.
What I have tried so far:
-shutting everything down and re-doing setting
-changing setting on the decks to: L DECK (MIDI 1, UNIT 1) R DECK (MIDI 2, UNIT 2) also: L DECK(MIDI 1, UNIT1) R DECK(MIDI 2 UNIT 1)
-Pressing the eject button while in MIDI mode
-Deleting and re aggregating on MAC
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know what else to do. As I said I have a gig this Thurs and would like to have it resolved at least the day before. I recently purchased a DN-MC6000, but I just got it 2 days ago and have not been working with it long to be comfortable in using it at this gig. So I would rather see if I can get the 3700's working.

But yo I gotta a question for you How do you like your 3700 ? I'm debating whether to CDJ 2000/ 900 or 3700 ? what's your opinion on all those CD Players ? and I too just Bought DN-MC6000 but I'm still waiting to get mine in the Mail, so how do you feel about your 6000 ?
