Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone can help me out with incremetal key changes and knowing the exact value of the key of the song.
1) Is there any way to automate a gradual key change, say up or down a semitone, over the course of a song so it cant be noticed? Key_move nor key_smooth doesnt support a time parameter, so I dont think it can be done automaticaly with that command.
2) THis question is related to the above: I can use key_move to change the key in tiny (eg.0.001) steps if desired. HOwever, in the key text box in the skin, it only says the camelot number, or of course the standard notation (eg.Dm). ie, if you make a gradual key change manually using this method, its not going to stop exactly at the right key. So, I need a way of knowing what the exact value of the key is (I believe its '$Pkey' from the mappers). With the exact value of the key I would know when to stop increasing/decreasing Is there any way to display this value?
I am using Windows version, VDJ 7.
