The Vestax VCI-300 is natively supported (Plug and play) by the latest VirtualDJ Pro, which you can download from the Download Center if you have not already done so: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
However, because this controller is designed for use with Itch, it does not have its own standard ASIO drivers available to allow you to use the built-in sound card with VirtualDJ. If you wish to use its internal sound card, you will need to use ASIO4ALL - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/cioce/blogs/3832/_ENG__Vestax_VCI-300_Typhoon_Spin_audio_setup_on_Virtual_DJ_6.html
