i have Virtual DJ home 7 and i want to download Plugins but it doesnt let me becuase of my linceses . how can i fix that ?

i downloaded the free version which is Virtual DJ Home and i want to download effects , i have to buy like Virtual DJ broadcaster or Pro basic or Pro full to download them or can i just buy a membership and download them ?

You have to buy a licensed version of the software to get effects and other plugins. There is on membership for access to these items.

Broadcaster would get you access to plugins, yes. But it has no microphone support, doesn't support midi controllers nor timecodes.
If broadcaster meets your needs then you should make the purchase.

Help! I can't make my Windows Media Player playlist (saved as m3u) take the big leap across to VDJ. How do I save it in VDJ? I can't figure out how to copy it and then I don't know where the elusive VDJ playist folder lives! (not a technical wizard...tis true!)
