Okay this is a little weird. Are there any DJs out there who DJ in the nude at Naturist events? I have an upcoming gig for a Naturist group who have rented out a facility and will be holding a regular series of dances. I am not new to the naturist lifestyle but I have never done any full blown gigs as a Dj while nude. So this got me thinking as to what songs would go over well at a dance where everyone is naked. So for fun, can you add to this list? Keep in mind that this is a Naturist dance and not a Swingers dance, meaning it is not a sexual thing.

I wonder if you get judged by the size of your controller, hmmmmm!

So here goes:

Keeping in mind that this is a family oriented group and any type of overt sexual behaviour is strictly frowned upon, one has to choose carefully the songs played. Just because it has a good title doesn't mean it would be a good dance piece. I had forgotten about the Nelly one and I know it would go over well with this group. The Bare Naked Ladies song I was thinking of was "It's All Been Done" which is a good dance song.

The dance is on March 19th. I will report back as to how it goes.

I'm told that there are not many women accordian players amonst Naturists. I wonder why?

Have them do a conga line to Hot, Hot, Hot from Arrow. Would be interesting to see how close or far apart they stand behind each other. Also, play a lot of songs encouraging people to jump up and down, such as Jump Around - House of Pain and Shout from Animal House. Oh, definitely have them do The Twist.

I have been to a couple of clothing optional resorts both in Tampa and in the Caribbean although I've never performed. Based on my keen observation skills I would suggest playing the Disney World Classic " It's a small, small world.
