i need to know if the maya 44 usb interface will allow me to use time vinyl and regular vinyl at the same time, Any suggestion?

Yes you can use timecodes and vinyl with the Maya44.

You will need the full VirtualDJ Professional to be able to use timecode: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
You can try it out for 10 minutes at a time in Home FREE as a trial of Pro features: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html
Regular vinyl can be played using the timecode bypass feature (Some more higher end timecode sound cards have a dedicated hardware bypass output.)
