They were supposed to ship my Numark Mixtrack Pro with Virtual Dj LE as advertised and i was going to upgrade to Vdj Pro after I got it.
I got it today and they sent me the version with Traktor LE which i do not like and now there's the long process of sending it back and getting them to send me one that's right. Probably another 1-2 weeks. :@

I have known the guys that run DJ Store since the nineties (three of them were fellow DJ's I regularly worked with) and I've heard nothing but positive feedback. I have used them about 20 times and there have been no issues at all.
The Mixtrack Pro comes with VDJ, maybe it's an issue with the distributor or with Numark themselves that you've ended up with Traktor. The disc is sealed in the box long before it gets to the DJ Store warehouse.
Would it not be easier for them just to send the replacement CD rather than changing the unit out?
Maybe just bad luck?

Ye mate your probably right. I was just frustrated up earlier so went a little over the top haha.

The only problem i can see with that is they are packaged with it so would they have spare copies ?

I have never had issues with them.
However I have had issues with Sonic Electronix (multiple times) yet others love them, so I think it is just a bad experience. It happens. Sorry for the mixup.
You are right in wanting the VDJ version though. It really is better than traktor.

If you were sent Traktor did they ship you the Mixtrack (Standard) rather than the Pro? Check the product images on the website, they look different.
