Hello Guys,
I just wanted to know if it is true that the PIONEER DDJT1 (4 decks) will be compatible with VDJ 7 and if so when (just about)?
I just sent back my S4 that i just bought because i do not like the TRAKTOR software eventhough i like the hardware (S4) very much.
So i am wondering which controller could i get to mix with 4 decks, i know the DENON MC 6000 is supposed to be good and is compatible (and fairly easy to use!) with VDJ7.
Any input would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance

I personally would stay away from the Pioneer Unit. I would look at all your other options.

MC6000 is excellent with VDJ, it really is.

Do you feel the DENON is truly as good as the S4?

Angel S: Care to go into detail? Details would certainly help potential users make an informed decision rather than "stay away from the Pioneer Unit."

My reason for staying away from their products is because their customer service department is horrible. For a company that prices their product pretty high you will expect that they will stand behind their product. I have spent over 10,000 dollars on their equiptment over the years and I refuse to purchase anything else from them because they could care less on how much money I spent and refuse to provide me with good customer support or honor their warranties. This is why I suggest you stay away from Pioneer.

now that's helpful. :)
I guess I have been lucky, however most of the units I have bought have not had a lot of wear and tear, except the phones which I will not buy another pair. I had the HDJ-1000s and they kept breaking constantly! They sound good but its a pain having to take time off to return the unit for another.

If you want a good 4 channel Deck, wait for the NS6. The Pioneer midi deck is not worth the price.

+1
The NS6 will have two mic inputs and a booth out, two huge plusses!
