Topic: Mixdeck sound output problem

Just wondering if anybody is having problem with numark Mixdeck, I. Am getting no sound at all only trought my headphone, I reload the firmware but still nothing, the worse part is that is only 4 months old, not warranty cover cause I bought it in us on the net, but I live in Australia....

Are you using the Mixdeck soundcard? Do you have it set on Deck, pc, or aux? I have no problems with mine.

I set it up vdj, external mixer then asio, it was working suddenly I went to do a gig and no sound, only headphone, any suggestions?? Do you think I should or can I upgrade the soundcard drivers?
 
On the Mixdeck itself what do you have the selector set too, Deck, PC, or Aux? The only update I know of is for on the Numark site.

Forgot to mention I get not sound from pc and from the decks using CDs haven,t try the iPhone or axc.
 
Oh ok then that might be a problem with the mixdeck itself then. I haven't had anything like that happen before.

If I have a USB Flash drive with four folders on it how do I switch from one folder to the next folder once the USB flash drive is in the Mixdeck?
 
Never mind I figured it out. You have to press the track knob then press the Back button and use the track knob to scroll through the folders.
 
You need the Cue Gain knob.

I just got a Mixdeck. Trying to learn by myself. First impressions... So many buttons! I wish the turntables were buttons. I can't scratch from the iPod!?!!?!! ARG! And then I couldn't get sound out of the headphones! YEARG!

So I saw your post.

Then I fixed it! You need the Cue Gain knob.

Still want to mix directly from iPod. Scroll wheel on iPod = 3rd turntable.
 
It is well documented that the Ipod Channel on the MixDeck is strictly an "as is" output. There are no scratching or other manipulations available for that channel.

Have you tried different outputs on the back of the unit? Does it not produce sound from the master out, booth out, record out, XLR out or all the above?
 
Please help….. I’m using Hercules console MK4 and I been encountered music chapping and it makes me unhappy for this result. Anyone can help or advise me what is the better solution that I will apply for and i'am newly coming from the life of Djing i dont know what to do. i dont know this is the right forum that i will discuss my problem. kindly advise. thank you for your support in advance...
 
This has nothing to do with a Mixdeck........start a new thread in the hardware forum for answers.
 
my mixdeck works perfct with virtual dj lee,,,i tried with pro but the controllers does not work cant get sound to numark says asio
