Got a macbook pro and a VMS4, how do I get video/karaoke on the tv? What cord or adapter do I need?
Couldn't find it any topics, if there already is, a link would be appreciated.
thanks.

figure out what your video output is from your laptop and match it to whatever video input is on the tv you're trying to hook it up to.

jakeintox is right. You need to take an output from your lappy (VGA, etc) to the input of your external monitor and then configure VDJ to show the output on that screen.
Hook up everything though before you boot the computer up. Hooking up an external monitor after booting can cause problems...;o)
Easy enough to do but let us know if you have any issues...:o)
Keep spinnin'...(",)

You may need a mini Displayport-to-VGA adapter then your VGA cable to TV. Once thats hooked up, fire up TV, go to VDJ Config, Video Settings and click on the box that recognizes either your TV or Video Card and click it.... then hit Activate.
Good Luck!

If you have a macbook, you can get the cable for it. I got mine at Frys for $15. The Apple store will get you for $30 for the same cable.
