VirtualDJ LE for RMX does not support timecode or other MIDI controllers such as the NDX-800.
The NDX-800 is natively supported as a MIDI controller in the latest VirtualDJ v7.0.3 Pro so you do not need to use timecode (By doing this, you are losing half the functionality of the device.)
Please try it with the latest Home FREE http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html for 10 minutes and if you like it, upgrade at the considerable discount that your RMX DJ Console Edition entitles you to: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
(Put the NDX-800 in PC/MIDI mode.)
